Your Role
  • You'll be supporting the team by providing second-level support and enhancing the existing infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft and Apple client operating systems.
  • Furthermore, you will manage services in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (including Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint) and oversee monitoring and management of Microsoft 365 licenses and other company applications.
  • You will independently maintain and manage a variety of tools (e.g., Office 365, Adobe Suite, Atlassian Suite) and lead IT projects such as implementing an asset management system.
  • Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with external service providers and maintain an updated knowledge database documenting IT system changes.
  • You will serve as an internal service manager, providing technical support for business applications and IT systems for internal customers.
Your Profile
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of system administration
  • Furthermore, you have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Administrator Console, Defender, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) from an administrative point of view, paired with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft environments, including AD, Azure AD, Exchange Online and Intune.
  • Proficient in a wide range of network protocols, software, and hardware used in LAN and WAN operations, along with strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows server operating systems.
  • Your technical skills will be rounded up by knowledge of Veeam Backup system and PowerShell.
  • You are capable of working independently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
  • Your language skills in German and English will enable you to work in an international company with international colleagues.
