Amaze is seeking a highly detailed and self-motivated individual who will play a crucial role on our marketing and engagement team. This role will be dedicated to client relationship management, project planning, and tracking implementation and delivery timelines. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a marketing point of contact. 
Understand clients' objectives and marketing goals to tailor solutions that meet their needs. 
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. 
Facilitate effective communication channels across teams including marketing, enrollment, account management to ensure alignment and collaboration. 
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns. 
Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to branding guidelines and marketing best practices. 
Execute some client-specific changes in marketing materials. 
Develop and maintain an organized library of all available content and materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. 
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Conscientious attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work. 
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
Basic facility with PowerPoint, WordPress, and video editing software.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 - depending on experience.
