The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in Sperry's new customer acquisition and consideration. This candidate will support the brand's paid efforts including paid media, influencers and events. This person has a passion for digital marketing and has their pulse on the latest paid media and influencer trends and seeks to find, test, analyze and leverage on-brand, creative solutions to drive customer demand. Primary Duties - Support Manager in the development of brand paid media strategy and briefing including the formulation of audience targeting strategies, linking strategies, and tracking and measurement for each campaign. - Traffic all creative assets, URLS, and tags to media agency including building all URLS for tracking brand media (Amazon, Paid Social, Display, Video etc.) - Responsible for Paid Media and Influencer reporting across all paid channels (gather, track and analyze data). Deliver weekly and program wrap reports. - Support Manager in development of robust influencer strategies that align with our brand vision and KPIs as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing efforts. - Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management. - Analyze historical and current performance data to optimize influencer program strategy. - Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify influencer content across all channels and distribute assets accordingly. - Deliver insights on influencer content and platform trends to push innovation in our influencer programming and share with marketing team on a monthly basis. - Partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, digital and, sales to align on product information such a key messaging, launch dates and inventory in order to inform campaign briefs. - Support manager in the planning and execution of activations and events, ensuring programs are met on-budget and on-time, within scope. - Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. - Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. - 1+ years of brand management or footwear experience, and social media savvy - 1+ years of experience managing influencer program for a consumer brand. - 1+ years of experience supporting paid media programs. - Ability to partner with cross-functional marketing and creative team to develop strong briefs and recommendations based on higher level brand and creative strategy. - Experience working within an omnichannel marketing environment - Business acumen, ability to prioritize and use insights to define and optimize marketing activations - Creative thinking and ability to adapt to new challenges - Strong appreciation for consumer insights - MS Outlook, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint proficienct WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
