Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the prompt cleaning of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, including washing floors, walls, and kitchen equipment
Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team
Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling standards
Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during busy service times
Assist in various cleaning tasks around the hotel during the evening shift
