Rigger

Rigger/Operator – Sullom Voe Terminal, Shetland
We’re expanding our team at Sullom Voe Terminal and looking for skilled Rigger/Operators for full time, fixed term and ad-hoc roles.
Work is on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, working 10 hour shifts (12 hours when projects demand), with opportunity to pick up additional shifts for cover
Key Responsibilities
* Follow detailed lift plans, risk assessments, Permit to Work
* Sign out Permits, Rig and Operate lifting equipment & accessories
* Operate plant machinery (cranes, HIAB, OHC forklifts – depending on qualifications)
What You’ll Need
* NPORS or OPITO Rigging qualification (Competent level preferred)
* Crane, HGV, HIAB, Forklift, OHC or Working at Height certification (advantageous)
* Experience in the petrochemical industry (preferred)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Commitment to health and safety
* Disclosure Scotland Certificate (required)
Training for plant operation may be provided for the right candidates
