Our top legal 200 client are currently searching for a Property Paralegal to join their team North of Peterborough on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Previous Commercial Property paralegal experience or have worked in a combined role of commercial and residential matters for a minimum of 6 months as training will be provided.
* Bachelors degree in Law grade 2:1 or above.
* Able to work independently and under pressure.
* A team player with great communication skills.
* Confident in their abilities.
You will be involved in a range of matters to include –
* Assisting the fee earners with their varied Commercial Property caseload.
* Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns.
* Utilising Land Registry Portal.
* Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches.
* Preparing financial statements and completion statements.
* Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries.
* Title review, raising enquiries.
* Preparing reports on title.
* Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents.
