A market-leading engineering organisation are looking to hire a Paint Prep technician to join their team. (Minimum 16 week contract with possible extension)
The focus will be working on components / body parts for products related to the Aerospace & Defence industry -
* Working on detailed assemblies.
* Work will include shot / sand blasting
* Basic treatment of assemblies prior to paint
* Ensuring work is completed in accordance with Shop Order instructions.
* Visual inspection of completed work to ensure quality.
* Responsible for keeping workstation clean and tidy.
To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience in a paint shop environment. Ideally paint spraying experience in a highly regulated industry such as Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Marine or something similar would be highly advantageous.
