Our long established logistics client based in Alfreton Derbyshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis with a view to achieving a permanent position after a qualifying period)

Job Description.

Work involves Class 2 HGV Deliveries to customer homes as part of a new home delivery team for our client. Handballing involved as well as customer service skills both on the phone and face to face. You will be making deliveries around a set patch across the midlands and full training will also be given before undertaking the role.

Ongoing Monday to Friday work for the candidate, around 0400am to 0700am start times each day.

Licence requirements:

• HGV Class 2 licence

• Up to date CPC for your Class 2

• Up to date Digi card for your Class 2

You Must:

• Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic

• Be punctual

• Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)

• Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard

• Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift

Salary:

• Weekdays per hour: £13.00 ph
