Competitive salary of £25,000+ depending on experience- Office hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Friday)

🚀 Interviewing now! 🚀Our client, a growing organisation on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. With their business booming and a busy sales team, they require a dedicated and friendly professional to provide crucial support.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Joining a welcoming and supportive team, you'll be responsible for the following:

Liaising with customers to address order and delivery inquiries
Updating customers on the status of their orders
Providing excellent customer service through phone and email interactions
Collaborating closely with the sales team to process orders and generate quotes
Ensuring accurate entry of customer information into the system
Verifying invoices against orders
Handling all administration tasks related to the roleTo excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have:

🖥️ Experience using MS Office, including Excel and Word
🔹 Strong recall of information and exceptional attention to detail
💬 Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and other personnel
📞 Clear and professional telephone manner
