CNC Programmer, 4 day working week, Mon-Thurs, Permanent position, £30,000-£35,000 Dependent on experience.

This role is ideal for individuals experienced in CNC programming and design, particularly those with a background in engineering. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC programming for machining insulation panels
Developing customer-specific design solutions
Creating manufacturing instructions and bills of materials
Assisting with production and quality controlExperience/Skills
Experience operating and setting large 3/5 axis CNC routers (e.g. SCM, Muratori, Technos)
Proficient using 2D CNC programming software (e.g. ArtCAM, Vetric V-Carve, Maestro)
Skill in using 2D CAD software (AutoCAD would be beneficial)
Competent with 3D CAD modelling software and producing basic engineering drawings (use of Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work output.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications
HNC in an Engineering Subject (or relevant experience)
