Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Blackpool Council to join a busy Generic Adult's Team based in Blackpool Council.

Supportive managementYour main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

To manage and monitor expenditure from the Adult Social Care budget in relation to staffing budgets, and care commissioned and personal budgets arranged by staff.
Work to the standards in the professional capabilities framework expected of a social work manager. Ensure the team members also work to the appropriate capability's framework.
Line manage all staff employed by Blackpool Council including, senior social work practitioner, qualified social workers, case assessors and support workers, delegating an agreed amount of this to the Deputy Team manager/Senior Practitioner.
Develop good working relationships with other statutory and voluntary/third sector partners, particularly the NHS.What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

Degree in Social Work
Registered with the HCPC
Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
