We all know that for a while now main contractors have been dragging their heels with tenders, which has lead to some unrest within the market.
Well I'm here to tell you that I have an £8m drylining package that needs the trusty watch of an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to over see it in the the middle of Manchester.
You'd be looking at a basic salary of up to £70k plus a package and the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you know that you've got a pipeline of over £12m worth of drylining work coming up.
You'd sit below a Commercial Director with tonnes of experience and in the long run over the see more junior member of the commercial team.
All you'd need is surveying and drylining experince (ideally) to be considered.
