Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a SEND child in KS1, starting in September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to a KS1 child with SEND, focusing on their specific learning needs.
Manage and support challenging behaviours with a calm and consistent approach.
Collaborate with the class teacher and SENDCO to implement individual education plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.Requirements:
Proven experience working with children who have SEND and challenging behaviours.
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
