DB Recruitment are on the look out for a Technical Administrator on behalf of a housebuilder client of ours based in Warrington.
This role could suit one of two people...
Someone who is from a technical administrator background experienced within House Build, someone who has experience within a similar role already and is hard working and organised.
Or potentially someone who is compoleting their HNC or has just started out within housebuild construction and looking to see where they best fit.
Coaching & progression is very much available within the role and long term opportunities certainly available.
Fast paced, hard working, open minded, organised are key attributes to the role.
Immediate start available,
Salary will be depending on experience but basic of 25-30k available with a car aloowance for occasional site vistis.
This role is office based Monday - Friday. NO Working from home.
