Job Title: UPVC Sales Manager
Location: Aylesbury
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per year + 5% uncapped commission
An established Window and Door Fabrication Business is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their dedicated team. With clients spanning both the UK domestic and commercial markets, they are expanding our offerings and moving into new products, specifically aluminium doors and windows. This is an untapped market for them, and we are looking for a candidate with a background in UPVC and Aluminium window sales to help drive our growth.
Responsibilities:
* Increase sales through lead generation in both B2B and B2C markets.
* Maintain relationships with existing trade customers, keeping them updated on new products, processes, and lead times.
* Connect with new trade customers, understand their needs, overcome objections, and onboard new clients.
* Provide quick and accurate quote turnaround.
* Collaborate with production to keep our product line up to date with market standards.
* Focus on aluminium sales.
* Utilize Business Micros systems including Evolution, Evonet, and Logikal (training can be provided).
* Identify and exploit market gaps to sell our services.
* Develop leads and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience is necessary.
* Full UK driver’s license.
* Customer service experience.
* Strong rapport-building skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Previous experience in the uPVC/Aluminium industry is required.
* Some technical understanding of the Fenestration industry.
Remuneration:
* £25,000 per annum.
* 5% uncapped commission.
* Electric company car.
* £35 per month phone allowance.
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
