An exciting and established Design and Construction company based in Uxbridge are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be suited for someone with strong administrative skills.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly.
This is an office based role, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Key Duties:
* Book SLA services and maintain service record
* Monitor email and phone for customer tickets and allocate to engineer
* Respond to update requests for jobs
* Manage RMA requests and returns
* Monitor Engineer worksheets to ensure compliance
* Confirm completed worksheets, check changes and create invoices
* Compile reporting for clients and manage customer equipment
* Manage stock requests, returns and customer spares
* Use ERP System (Odoo) to confirm completed worksheets and invoices
* Book and record all service level agreements
* Any other admin duties requested
Key Skills:
* Previous administration skills
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work against tight deadlines
* Experience with system Odoo is desired not essential
