Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their commercial sites in London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

The fully qualified Electrical Engineer will be part of the maintenance team, working days on a spilt shift pattern which is either 06:00 – 15:00, 07:00 – 16:00 and 09:00 – 18:00. The site is an iconic Grade A office space.

Electrical Engineer Duties

* PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance

* Electrical Fault-Finding

* Single & Three Phase Power

* Emergency Lighting

* Fire Alarms

* BMS Operation

* AHUs

* FCUs

* Generators

* UPS Systems

* VAV/VRFs

Electrical Engineer Requirements

* City and Guilds Electrical qualifications (i.e 236, 2330, 2365 etc)

* Apprentice trained - desirable

* Building Services Maintenance experience

* Very Client facing

* 17th/18th Edition

* Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
