Painter & Decorator – Based out of Chandlers Ford covering Hampshire
40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 8-5) - Temporary Ongoing CIS
Pay: £18 p/h

Join a leading UK-based property maintenance provider, offering reliable and high-quality services across Scotland, Northern/Southern England, London, and the Home Counties. They cover everything from painting and repairs to fire protection and complete refurbishments, ensuring properties are well-maintained and safe. Key sectors include education, healthcare, housing, and retail.
Your Responsibilities:
* Reactive maintenance works on social housing properties internal kitchens and bathrooms
* A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties
* Commercial and Social Housing sectors
* The work will include:
* All types of preparation
* Emulsion
* Gloss painting
* Wallpaper hanging
* Artex repairs
* Non-licenced asbestos removal
The successful candidate will have:
* Own van/car and tools for the job
* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in painting & decorating or equivalent
* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
* CSCS card would be an advantage
* Asbestos Awareness
* PASMA / IPAF (desirable)
* Full, UK driving licence
