REGISTERED HOME MANAGER – INDEPENDENT CARE HOME PROVIDER – SOUTHAMPTON AREA - £38K PER ANNUM
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an independent care home that specialises in providing exceptional care to elderly clients with dementia. They have an exciting job opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to join their small home based in Totton, near Southampton, which also has a ‘Good’ rating with the CQC.
The Registered Home Manager in Southampton will take the reins of an established residential home with strong links to the local community and an established staff team. The Interim Registered Home Manager in Southampton will oversee the running of the home that provides specialist care to elderly clients with old age and dementia.
The Registered Home Manager in Southampton will oversee an established care, ancillary team and ensure the team is effectively resourced and motivated to deliver the highest standards of care.
The Registered Home Manager in Southampton will need to have experience of overseeing residential or nursing homes and be able to continue developing standards in line with CQC guidelines. The Registered Home Manager must have an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care and be confident in driving performance across the home.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £38K depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
