Site Manager - Avonmouth Docks
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract? We are working with a renowned international company, who have an exciting project starting in Avonmouth. The project involves converting the Avonmouth LNG terminal in Bristol, into an LPG terminal.
Your role
As the Site Manager you will be in charge of all health and safety on site, dealing with the sub-contractors, day to day general site duties as well as, organising and taking toolbox talks. You will also oversee all site inductions.
Duties
Controlling that site plan is followed
Controlling the compliance of subcontractors at site
Keep the HSE plan updated
Help in the preparation or even prepare on his/her own RAMS for the different activities to be carried out.
Coordinate with other parties (like Bristol Port Company) on HSE on specific areas
Any other task HSE related/
Experience Required
Experience working as a Site Manager on an Industrial project
IOSH / NEBOSH
The project is initially due to run for around 2 months but is likely to lead to more long term work. Hours will be likely 10-11 per day and pay rate is negotiable dependent upon experience.
