Position: Construction Supervisor
Location: Inverness and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Role Overview:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction sites
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
* Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, ideally with residential new builds
* Strong background in joinery is highly preferred
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
* Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites
