What you will get in your new role

In addition to a casual dress code, this role provides the opportunity to work in an intimate but lively setting where your efforts will have a meaningful impact. The salary offered ranges from £13 to £15 per hour, with a work pattern of 5 days out of 7 each week.

Responsibilities in your new role as Bar Manager

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth running of all aspects.

* Manage staff effectively, including hiring, training, scheduling and supervising bartenders and other bar staff.

* Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed and manage stock control to minimise waste.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

* Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback in a positive manner and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of customer service.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of Bar Manager experience in supervising or managing daily operations in a comparable venue. Strong leadership qualities are essential, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication skills are a must, particularly in efficiently addressing customer inquiries.
