We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well respected manufacturer in Ystrad Mynach. This is a fantastic time to join as they are experiencing a sustained period of growth.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Prepare and process accounting transactions.
Process purchase invoices ensuring that each invoice is authorised
Scan Delivery Paperwork and other related documents onto the system to attach to invoice records.
Deal with telephone calls and emails regarding payment and maintain a payment list
Maintain supplier records in NetSuite.
Complete credit application forms
Ensure all signed customer delivery notes are scanned onto the system daily.
Raise sales invoices in accordance with procedures
Issue statements to customers on a regular basis.
Deal with any ad-hoc requests from customers i.e. copy invoices, statements etc.
Post daily bank transactionsIdeally you'll have:

Previous experience using SAP, Oracle or an equivalent system
