As a adult/elderly Care Worker, you will be responsible for traveling to clients' homes and providing a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and assistance with daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.
Responsibilities:
· Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
· Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
· Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
· Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
· Attend training and development sessions as required
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
· Must drive and have access to own vehicle
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexibility and adaptability
