We are currently growing and developing our existing maintenance team and are looking for experienced Trade Engineers.
with in Plumber/Plaster/Electrician
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of a Trade Engineer will involve:
Conducting reactive repairs within customers' homes
Dealing with emergencies that could be a threat to life and property as well as routine maintenance.
Responding to prearranged repair appointments
To actively drive and promote a first-time fix repairs culture
Be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to improve our service offering.As a Trade Engineer you must have:
A relevant qualification in one core trade
Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
Driving licence
Excellent communication skills and a customer focus
