Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer or CI Engineer who is keen for a new challenging role? If you are looking to take a step into asset care with the autonomy of being your own boss, TRC may have the role for you.
The Recruitment Crowd have partnered with a niche Asset Care company who are looking to expand their teams due to growth & success, with this a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for a Reliability Engineer to join this amazing team.
This role is extremely customer focused and will suit someone who can liaise with a variety of people, and essentially ‘be your own boss’, working away from home, on average 2 nights per week.
You will be responsible for determining and providing the correct maintenance strategy for a range of site equipment; this involves optimising preventative and proactive maintenance against reliability, including screening data, report writing and testing equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Apprentice trained in mechanical / electrical or Automation disciplines.
* Strong functional knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation maintenance and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of production / manufacturing & process equipment.
* Be able to demonstrate strong organisational/planning skills relevant to planning overhaul activity and machine upgrades
* Analytical skills; able to demonstrate the use of problem-solving tools and techniques
* PC literacy with Microsoft applications including Excel
* Effective communication skills at all levels with the ability to influence and lead groups directly and indirectly
* Self- starter and able to work with minimum supervision
* Demonstrated experience in analysing complex operational issues
Monday – Friday – no weekends!
40 hours per week – overtime available
Site travel average 4 days / 2 overnight
Predominantly South coverage
