Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a tech business, in central Birmingham, who are looking to grow their marketing team now that they are in growth mode. They are looking for a Marketing Exec to join the team and build on their marketing career!

Duties include:
Delivering on social media campaigns; driving engagement and building online communities
Look at how to integrate social media across the wider business
Marketing administration and support with wider team as required
Bring passion to succeed and a good hardworking attitude The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in marketing, having a general understanding for the fundamentals of marketing; and someone who wants to grow and learn. Ideally you have a passion for social media so you can manage this within the team (with support as needed).
Working with a Manager who will give you freedom and empower you to do well, you will be successful by being able to demonstrate your experience, but also your tenacity to build and engage more and more; and you get kicks out of seeing your work become a huge success.

Salary is upto £35k. This role is about the opportunity more than anything; you can really get your teeth into it!
