The role will lead a team of HR Assistants who provide the day-to-day operational People service to JRF and JRHT as part of the wider Group Shared Services team.
This role will work closely with the Head of Group People Shared Services to ensure the team provide generalist HR, recruitment and learning and development transactional services to the group, across the full employee lifecycle.
What we want from you – Experience:
* Leading teams in busy dynamic environments
* Solid HR administration in a busy environment
* Understanding of employment legislation
* Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Knowledge and use of HR software packages.
* Electronic diary management.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels across the organisation.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Literacy and numeracy skills.
* Positive, friendly, approach with good interpersonal skills and a natural desire to offer a good service.
* Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
* Flexible approach.
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness to undertake training.
