Role Overview:
I am looking for an exceptional individual to join our client’s Sales team in the ANZ region. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be integral to driving the sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and developing new sales leads to pass on to Account Executives and Sales Directors. This role presents an exciting opportunity for those eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment within a growing SaaS company, with ample potential for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

* Qualify and nurture sales leads generated through inbound channels, including the website, trial systems, seminars, and conferences.

* Initiate contact with prospects to identify decision-makers, understand their business needs, and recommend the next steps.

* Identify high-potential prospects and transition them to the appropriate sales representatives.

* Collaborate with inside and field sales teams to develop target account lists to support the business plan on a quarterly basis.

* Utilise lead management systems effectively, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking of leads.

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as competitive differentiators.

* Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly metrics related to lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in SaaS B2B environments.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.

* Highly self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organised, and adaptable.

* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

* Positive attitude and eagerness to excel in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial setting.

* Comfortable with outbound lead generation and proactive prospecting.

Additional Information:

* Ability to work from the office three days a week.

* Open to outbound lead generation efforts.

* Competitive salary ranging from A$100,000 to A$130,000.
