Primary Responsibilities
Support for ERP IT Applications
Second Level Support for IT Applications
Forwarding of non-resolvable support requests to third level support
Consultation with users and review of project requirements
Project management in cooperation with the technical project manager
Preparation and monitoring of project plans and project budget.
Reports to the project owner and/or steering committee
Customizing (customization) of applications to meet project objectives
Participation in the creation of project documentation
Management and supervision of external service providers within the project processing
Develops solution proposals for the technical further development of application software
Plans the update of application software in cooperation with the IT Infrastructure Team
General tasks
Maintain compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management officer and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies
5 years of professional experience in a consulting environment or several years of in-depth IT application knowledge
Experience in ERP systems, especially for intuitive ERP, Aptean Industrial Manufacturing ERP.
Experience in project management
Analytical, conceptual and process-oriented
Independent and team-oriented, communicative, assertive
Travel Requirements
General readiness to travel
