Salary: $43/hr, 35 hours per week, $78,260 annually  

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations, manage inventory, security, expense control and other operational processes to deliver excellent services to our customers.
Process and manage incoming products, monitor inventory levels, organize product deliveries and installation in line with company strategy.
Evaluate operations to determine strengths and areas for improvement; reinforce strengths while developing and implementing improved practices and procedures.
Establish and increase brand awareness, develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and expand new opportunities. 
Train and guide the team to improve KPIs in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensure the staff provide efficient services in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner.
Ensure optimal guest experience, address emergent issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.

Employment Requirements:
Education: A college diploma in business administration or related discipline such as mechanics, engineering, or technology is required. A university degree or above is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in sales management is required.
Skills:
Ability to build relationships with strangers/new people, and to strengthen existing partnerships.
Strong priority-setting skills, customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
Strong HR skills in scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage emergencies and mediate problems.
