Job Description
Do you want to be an integral part of our growth story?  PartnerRe setup its global Financial Solutions team 5 years ago and is looking to expand and grow it business over the next 10 years.
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented leader of our Financial Solutions business development activity in NAL. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities within the Financial Solutions sector, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. The role provides the opportunity to shape the strategic direction in NAL helping drive forward the expansion of solutions and our risk appetite over time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and Maintaining Client relationships with Life Insurers, Brokers, Asset Gathers, Reinsurers and Investment Bankers.
Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients in the financial services industry to promote our solutions and services.
Lead and build our business development team
Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
The deal execution involving responding to RFPs, negotiating terms with clients, working with actuarial structuring team to develop models, working with legal to develop treaties and preparation of the internal approvals. 
Successfully onboarding the business, obtaining internal approvals working closely with actuarial, accounting, s, legal, risk management, tax and senior management. 
Reviewing the appropriate of our existing solutions and helping drive forward the expansion of our solutions and appetite over time. 
Build strong rapport, trust and credibility with the team and corporate functions to continue to support an increase delegation to the FinSol organization to continue to improve the streamlining of deal approvals whilst having the right controls.
Develop a high profile within L&H business establishing regular contact with our traditional team, stakeholders and decision makers.
Contribute to global FinSol topics as a member of the FinSol leadership team.
Working on other ad-hoc projects or strategic initiatives as required
