Our client is seeking a Sales Support Executive specialised in Aircraft Components to join their team on a permanent basis, located in Miami, USA. The primary responsibility involves overseeing all commercial and administrative aspects throughout the sales cycle. The role holder will collaborate closely with their colleagues in the sales team, with the main objective to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Client:
A global leader in aircraft component supply, this company primarily specialises in procuring and disassembling aircraft for part-out purposes. With over four decades of experience, the independent firm is dedicated to offering, lending, exchanging, and repairing premium commercial aircraft parts on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Processing orders and directly addressing customer inquiries
Assisting the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities
Handling complaints and accurately managing warranty claims/RMA following established protocols
Managing all customer service communications via email and phone
Creating and overseeing repair orders
Recording and managing customer data in our CRM system
Tracking (back) orders to ensure timely delivery and meet specific customer needs
Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in customer service
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international team setting
Proactive and service-oriented mindset
Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen focus on quality, attention to detail, and a proactive commercial approach
Demonstrated commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Familiarity with the aviation industry is advantageous.
