Project Engineer: Design and Execution
Job Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of engineering projects from initial conception through to startup. This role involves detailed planning, scope development, cost estimation and scheduling, ensuring all aspects conform to industry standards. You will provide vital technical support during the construction and commissioning phases to guarantee accurate implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the front end loading and design engineering processes for projects, focusing on optimal option selection and scope clarity.
Manage project changes, control costs, and adhere to schedules.
Support construction and startup phases to ensure specifications are met and projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the oil refining sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
