Requirements
Responsibilities
Market and show vacant units to potential tenants
Collect monthly rent
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
Conduct property inspections
Handle lease renewals
Ensure compliance with local rental laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proactive problem-solving abilities
