We are seeking an Account Coordinator to become part of our expanding nutraceutical business. The Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer relationship as a main point of contact for sales related inquiries and requests. The Account Coordinator collaborates with internal operations teams to ensure precise and professional exchange of information with customers and timely deliverables.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Support Sales Team and Account Managers by assisting in all stages of the sales process from quote inquiries, order tracking, internal follow-ups, and ensuring timely shipment.
Serve as liaison between customers, Sales team, and manufacturing facility.
Create sales status reports including reports for in full shipments, inventory, and lead conversions.
Promptly address customer inquiries, documentation requests, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain all customer contracts for Sales department in contract management system.
Create Return Authorizations as requested by Sales team or customers.
Gather and send product samples to customers.
Setup new customers in Global Shop Solutions ERP system.
Maintain HubSpot CRM system and continuously update client records as they move through sales pipeline.
Assist with Tradeshow planning and booth attendance.
Qualify and respond to all inbound lead inquiries.
Assist with Sales administrative related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associates degree with 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Collaborative attitude and desire to work with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
Experience with an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) platform and/or Client Relationship Management system.
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment, and possesses strong multitasking skills
Professional communication and writing skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starter with relentless determination.
Demonstrated ability to creatively approach challenges as opportunities.
Operate with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus.
