Help Desk Specialist
Systems Integration & Development (SID) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Help Desk Specialist. This is a full-time position based in the Silver Spring, MD area. 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Windows Server 2019 support
Hands on experience troubleshooting user Windows 10 systems, printers, servers, etc.
This Desktop Support Specialist will handle level 1 & 2 tickets
Work on multiple tickets or issues to satisfactory resolution. We use Jira as our ticketing system.
Keeping systems updated with patches from SCCM
Hardware support (desktop and laptops; printers; scanners)
Meeting and conference support
Active Directory account management
Email account management
IT policy support and implementation
IT Security – patching, incident reporting, security processes
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
2-3+ years of Service Desk/Help Desk support experience
Experience with and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with: Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10, MS Office Suite and Email
Ability to build or install new workstations (desktops and laptops), especially by applying a standard image
Windows Active Directory experience: user accounts, workstation accounts, groups, policy
Windows PowerShell
