We are seeking a competent Territory Coach Manager to join our team and collaborate with the director in the coaching, coach hiring, scheduling, coach training, supervising, progress monitoring and management activities to preschools and schools. You will play a vital role in enhancing productivity and ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. This is a Full Time, year-round position - it is not seasonal or temporary.
As an Territory Coach Manager you'll be assigned to:
- Coaching about 15-20 hours per week, including Saturday morning during the season, for kids ages between 1-10.
- Support new coach training on and off the field.
-Support of leadership team through admin, scheduling, customer support and similar.
- Supervise other classes during the week in combination with coach managing tasks.
-Site marketing assignments between seasons.
You will be given the tools to access prewritten lesson plans and videos for you to follow so you can focus on what is most important the joy of developing children’s social skills and teaching children the fundamentals, all while having fun.

Requirements
The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to work in the NW Austin and Pflugerville Area! Who will lead our children between ages 2-10 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, caregiver, camper or leader), and enjoys coaching children.
In addition, you'll be responsible to assist the director in coaching management tasks such as recruitment, on-boarding new coaches, organizing coaches, classes scheduling and lessons plans, contacting and conducting demos to new preschools and schools.
Salary Expectations: $42000 + (depending on experience) partially-paid health insurance, paid time off, a monthly auto allowance, semi-annual oil change reimbursement, and professional growth opportunities through advancement in our organization.
Must Be:
Available weekdays between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday's mornings 8:30 am - 12:00pm. A week day Evening may be require occasionally to attend table marketing events.
At least one year of professional experience with 2-to 10-year-old children.
Currently live in the greater Austin metropolitan region, able to travel easily within Georgetown/ Leander / Cedar Park / Pflugerville / Round Rock/ Lakeway/Bee Cave and North and South Austin areas.
Proven experience as coach manager or other similar position.
Currently certified or able to become CPR & 1st Aid certified.
Experience in performance and operations management.
Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software (e.g. ERP).
Have a valid driver license.
Possess your own reliable transportation and proof of insurance coverage for this vehicle. Shared or family vehicles, ride-shares and public transportation are not allowable.
Able to pass a nation-wide criminal background check.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Active and high energy.
Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
