Sigma Defense is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to provide on-site support services at Ft. Belvoir, VA for daily business operations in support of the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS-10%) and Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA-90%).

Requirements
Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with government, risk, and compliance (GRC) role to transaction requirements/processes.
Helpful Experience: RDTE, OPA, OMA
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
Personnel Clearance Requirements:
Candidate must have an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI security clearance.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Provide expert-level knowledge on: Spending Chain (SC), Financial & Funds Management (FI/FM), IDOC reprocessing, Reimbursable (funded reimbursable authority & direct cite-RM), and Project System (PS) experience.
Perform help desk functions by troubleshooting GBEBS/GFEBS-SA problem areas to find solutions and temporary workarounds.
Pull daily IDOC Interface Errors Reports for systems to include: DTS, SPS, LMP, AXOL, TTPS, IPAC, Research, correct and reprocess failed IDOCs.
Perform accounting functions to identify the best correction approach.
Journal voucher creation and working with DFAS and other support entities to address business needs.
Support DAR-Q/ADVANA quarterly reviews.
Prior years funding clean-up and account reconciliation.
Provide ad hoc managerial reports for leadership review and decision making.
Pull daily Status of Funds (SOF) Report for Funds Center(s) in ERP and BI warehouse/Business Objects to assist with reconciliation of DTS, MIPRs, SPS PRs, AXOL PRs, FMZs, and Direct Charge processes.
Independently compile job aids and provide procedural training on processes as requested by end users at the individual, group level, desk-side and in classroom in adherence with established policies, rules and regulations.
Hourly Rate: $125,000 - 180,000 annually.
