FunctieomschrijvingTo support our Specialized Services Customer Care team we are currently looking for a full-time , customer focused and accurate Customer Service Representative.

We offer you a position where you support all the day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes such as orders processing, disputes & credits, answering enquiries, returns, and order monitoring & follow up.
You do this for the most critical business groups within the company.

This is a temporary position until the end of the yearFunctie-eisenMust Haves
  • Bachelor degree (or at least MBO+)
  • (Near-) native in the local language of the region you support (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc ) and fluent in English
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office outlook, excel, word) )
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to cope with stressful situations

Nice to Haves
  • It is strongly preferred to have experience with SAP/ SAP CRM
You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and are able to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in other departments and disciplines.
