Assembly Technician

We are looking for a Mechanical / Electrical Assembler for our Tamworth based client
The role is a day shift Monday – Thursday: 7.45am - 5pm & Friday: 7:45am – 12pm
Offering a hourly rate of pay of £14.50ph, with overtime paid at a premium
This is a permanent full-time position.
The company - Specialist manufacturer of corrosion test cabinets for automotive, aerospace, and other sectors.
The role:
* Working within the aerospace and automotive industries
* Mechanical Fitting, assembly, wiring, crimping, looming, soldering, brazing, pipe bending of the machines and panels from drawings up to the finished product
* Testing of the chambers from written instructions
* Quality inspection of work from company documentation and methods
The candidate
* You will have either, Panel Wiring, wiring (industrial or electronics) crimping, looming or mechanical assembly experience
* Able to read from engineering drawings
* Or work with pneumatics and hydraulics

* Holidays 20 plus 8 stats (accrue extra up to 25 depending on long term employment.)
* Bonus: - On time delivery (if the product goes out in 48hrs) £250-£300 per month
* Individual performance – extra 5 hours paid per month
* Quality bonus - £100 extra every 6 months
