In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients in the DACH region, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in the German language.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, proactively offering solutions and recommendations when necessary.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold company standards of customer service excellence and professionalism at all times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
