MEP Project Manager

Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75K - £80K per annum + travel paid

The Role:

-Responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

-Budgeting, project management, and coordinating submittals

-Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintained and adhered to at project/site level.

-Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user.

-Managing labour, plant & material levels throughout the project.

-Ensuring that all related design information is correctly and fully audited to secure overall compliance.

-Overseeing all elements of the overall commissioning process to ensure that the installations are correctly commissioned.

-Ensuring that complete and comprehensive records are collated and maintained covering all aspects of quality control, system/equipment testing, commissioning and equipment maintenance.

-Hold and attend site meetings, as and when required (typically weekly) which will need recording, then reported to the Operations Director.

-Overseeing the preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

-Providing technical support and expertise to the internal project team.

-Responsible for handover to clients and after care.

-Reporting to the Operations Director.

* Leading MEP contractor within the new build residential space who currently turnover £30M+ per annum.

* Mainly operate in London & surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Will have 5+ years experience working as a MEP Project Manager

* Will have full MEP experience

* Will have previous experience working large new build residential projects.

* Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous.

* Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

* Will be technically minded and able to drive a project.

* Will be located in the London area.
