Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into actionable insights, designing and building reports and BI tools that not only meet initial needs but also delve deeper to address the true requirements of our users.

Your expertise in manipulating complex datasets will be key as you extract valuable analysis and insights. We're looking for someone who can go beyond surface-level analysis, uncovering hidden patterns and trends that drive strategic decisions.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and building strong relationships with clients and users will be essential. Your excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will ensure effective collaboration across teams.

To excel in this role, you'll need extensive experience in an analysis role, coupled with technical proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, data modelling, and statistical methods. Strong SQL skills are a must, along with the ability to adapt and learn other analytical tools as needed.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our 'roaming' position. Based in Wolverhampton with travel to Tewkesbury, Lichfield, or Chipping Sodbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home, offering the perfect balance. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role. 🚗
