Responsibilities:

·        You’ll be the front line of our bank client for the markets we activate;

·        Working across multiple channels (email & live chat) to give customers a best in class experience;

·        You will be working on preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding customers;

·        You will process inquiries from existing and new customers and deal with their wishes and questions with the latest CRM tools;

As a Customer Service Professional:

·        You will have an outstanding commitment to customer service, and the experience to match;

·        Your language will easily blend with native speakers because you are comfortable with both written and verbal communication;

·        You will speak fluent English and Native/C2 German

·        You will seek solutions in challenging situations and you are capable to work independently and as part of a team;

·        You are a trustful and reliable individual;

·        You are flexible and willing to develop.
