ROLE SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT PERMS

HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM - 5.00PM/ FLEXIBLE

SALARY 26K TO 28K BASIC PLUS ONE OF THE BEST COMMISSION STRUCTURES IN THE INDUSTRY

Due to securing new contracts and internal promotions they are now seeking an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant who wishes to develop and grow their perm division within your specialist sector where you have had proven success and who will enjoy thriving alongside their existing team in what we believe is a positive working environment.

My client is an independently owned recruitment agency with over 50 year's experience specialising in many sector's ie Manufacturing, Commercial, Professional Executive, Industrial, Healthcare to name a few. Their office in Mansfield has perm business and a database of clients readily available for Recruiters who are ready to take on their next challenge

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant you will:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

* Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates

* Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates

* Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to achieve shared goals

* Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business

* Build and develop my clients Perms desk/division.

* They are looking for:

* Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant (does not need to be industry specific) but should have experience building and running a Perms desk

* Natural leaders with high standards

* Confident and natural communicators

* The determination to be successful and want to earn money

* Ambitious so they can build a team of consultants around them as their Perm desk/division grows.

What they offer:

* Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, my clients salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to my clients business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000 at the Consultant level plus commission and is uncapped and paid out from Day 1; - no waiting while in probation
