Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking a talented HR Manager to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the business culture, driving employee engagement, and managing HR initiatives aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Drive the People and Culture development plan.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Manage talent development planning, designing and delivering relevant training sessions.Requirements:

Proven background as a HR Manager, with experience driving operational and strategic responsibilities.
CIPD qualified.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
