The team is home to some of Carrington Wests’ top billers meaning you will be truly learning from the best. From day 1 you will be enrolled on to our award-winning learning and development programme, designed to suit you and your learning style through a blend of at-desk coaching, mentoring, classroom-based sessions and our bespoke eLearning platform complete with individually tailored learning pathways. We will also fund your CertRP qualification to further your development as a recruitment consultant.

The role offers a 12-month fast-track progression to a fully-fledged 360 recruitment consultant, starting with candidate work before moving on to more consultative work with our clients, so it is perfect for any resilient, driven & ambitious individuals who want to work hard, smash their targets, and progress their career at an award-winning company.

The Package:
We are looking for the best recruitment professionals and in return for your hard work, we offer the best pay & benefits. You will enjoy the supportive and exciting environment of an ambitious and fast-growing employer.

Basic salary is from £24k, and you will earn commission through meeting your targets and will have an OTE of £28k in your first year. Beyond your first year, you would be looking at £40-50k OTE in your second year, and a very impressive £50-70k OTE in your third year.
