Full-time - Permanent role, 38.33 hours per week, rotational shifts between 7am and 11pm Mon to Sun
Salary - £12.00 per hour Overtime Available
Location - Belfast City Centre BT1, right next to City Hall!
Start date - Mid July

We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join us working on behalf of one of the UK’s biggest Banks. You’ll be supporting a diverse range of customers dealing with a variety of queries which will both challenge you but give you great satisfaction in know you’ve helped someone and made a difference. This might include helping someone who’s forgotten their pin number to talking someone through an unexpected charge on their latest credit card statement, each request will be unique and will require you to listen to your customer and find a solution that suits them best.

Who are we looking for?
Amazing customer service is at the heart of everything we do! This means we are looking for people who are customer focused, with great listening skills and who are pro-active about taking ownership of all customers queries. Our future agents will also have the ability to deal with sometimes difficult customers and handle tricky customer conversations, while staying professional when things get tough. And most importantly, are driven to deliver excellent customer service. They’ll always try to resolve the customer’s query the first time they contact us, be attentive to the customer’s needs and go above and beyond. The perfect candidates will be empathetic towards some of the difficult situations the customer might be in while also staying resilient to be able to handle the difficult conversations.
What can you expect in this role?
You’ll join us and go through one of our award winning training programmes lasting 6 weeks, where you’ll learn all you need to know in the safety of one of our classrooms before moving on to more practical learning with regular feedback, buddying up with others and lots of support from people around you. After your first few months with us, further opportunities for progression and learning to support some of our more complicated and complex customer queries will then be available.
