Role Overview:

You will be supporting the business on its continued growth, working directly with customers and supporting the application support team. The role will see you directly mentor and assist the growth of skills in the team, as well as being hands-on with customer and business partner queries.

Role Responsibilities:

Support and mentor the application support team.
Oversee customer and business partner queries, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded
Coordinate amongst the support team to identify skills, train and mentor staff to grow their skills, and encourage a collaborative working team dynamic
Liaise with internal IT teams to ensure the complex and reoccurring issues are dealt with at the source

Skills:

Minimum of 3+ years working in an application support team
Previous mentoring experience is preferred
Experience working in a customer-facing role is essential
Proven background of working with ticketing systems and CRMs
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 Administration and products
Experience with SQL is desirable

Salary & Location

This role is based in Bury St Edmunds and is an onsite position
Monday - Friday
Salary is dependant on experience and in a range from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
